Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) — Gameplay, Favorites & Troubleshooting
Answers to common questions on KenQ Play: why all games are free with no downloads, how to save favorites, mobile orientation tips, audio controls, and loading troubleshooting.
Q1. Are all games on KenQ Play really 100% free with no downloads?
Yes! Every game on KenQ Play is a standard HTML5 / WebGL browser game that runs directly inside Chrome, Safari, Edge, or Firefox on your phone, tablet, or computer. There are no downloads, no installers, and no paywalls.
Q2. Do I need to create an account to play or save favorites?
No account is required to play any game. Even the Heart (Favorites) button works without signing in by saving your list in your browser storage. Creating a free account is completely optional and lets you sync your favorites and recent play history across multiple devices.
Q3. Which games are best for seniors or casual players who want simple rules?
Our daily rotating Featured shelf and the Mahjong & Cards, Match-3, and Puzzle categories highlight relaxing, easy-to-learn classics such as Solitaire: Card Master, Mahjong Solitaire Game, Bubble Shooter: Squirrel Rescue, Cake Link Master, Meow Sudoku, and 2048. Every game page includes clear controls and gameplay instructions below the player.
Q4. How do I make the game fullscreen on my phone or computer?
Once you tap Play and the game loads, click the Fullscreen (⛶) button on the toolbar below the game frame. For landscape games on mobile, rotating your phone sideways gives you the largest, sharpest view.
Q5. What should I do if a game loads slowly or gets stuck on the progress bar?
Larger 3D or Unity WebGL games download 10–30 MB of assets on the very first visit, which takes a few seconds on Wi-Fi or 4G/5G and is cached by your browser for fast reloads afterward. If a game ever fails to start, click the "Report broken game" button below the player so our team can inspect and optimize it.
Q6. How can I mute game music or sound effects?
Most games include a speaker (🔊) or gear (⚙️) icon on the title screen or top corner of the game canvas. You can also mute the browser tab on desktop or use your device volume buttons on mobile.
